A huge part of that protection is a well constructed roof system. Residential roofing is one of the hardest construction trades to be in because each roof is different from the next. Removing a rotten old roof and putting on a new one takes a crew foreman that knows carpentry, shingling, and metal work. He also has to know the physics of water in order to prevent leaking before it occurs.
Not all of our customers want a full reroof, that is why we offer a full line of repairs. A repair may be all that is needed to maintain a water-tight roof system. EIC employs two full time steep-slope journeyman in order to offer a full line of repairs (which include): Skylight install, chimney flash/counter-flash, pipe-boot and vent replacement, residential flat roof repairs, and ventilation upgrades.
