Meet the Staff: EIC has experienced and qualified employees that maintain a fun and team oriented focus in order to serve our customers. In the past, the roofing industry has been looked down upon, but EIC is changing the roofing culture by hiring educated professionals that maintain a customer first focus. EIC is making a difference in our community and it starts with it's great staff! Here are a few of the long-term employees EIC has on it's team:

Office/Lot Staff:

Jeremy Bleeker (President) Started EIC in the late nineties with his wife Jen. Jeremy has his bachelor's degree from Wayne State College. Jeremy's construction qualifications and certifications are extensive including HAAG Engineering Roof Inspector, University of Wisconsin Waterproofing and Moisture Control, NRCA Advanced Roofing Tech and Masters Course, IICRC Mold Tech, Illinois State License holder and many others. Jeremy enjoys the science and hard work that goes with exterior water proofing. Jeremy has 3 children and enjoys coaching their sports teams and mowing the yard in his spare time.

Jennifer Bleeker (Secretary Treasurer) Started EIC in the late nineties with her husband Jeremy. Jen has 3 children and enjoys doing projects with the kids and going to their many events in her spare time.

Cody (Office Manager, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) Attended Hamilton Business College for Administrative Assistant and has taken Continuing Education Classes in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks; has also taken the Franklin Covey Organization Class. Cody has been married for almost 9 years with a 7 year old daughter. She enjoys spending time as a family, boating, and camping. Cody has been with EIC since May 2004.

Ryan D. (Operations Manager / Customer Relations) EIC Employee since 2007. Ryan is responsible for scheduling jobs, logistics, customer relations, and manages EIC's crews. Ryan has a bachelor's from Loras College in Dubuque, IA. In his spare time Ryan enjoys playing softball, working out, and spending time with his niece.

Jenny (Administrative Assistant / Construction Management A.A.S. and OSHA Cert.) EIC Employee since 2007. Jenny's many duties include: receptionist, recording marketing information, managing the estimator's bid schedule, and EIC inventory tracking.

Al (Mechanic) EIC Employee since 2006. Al serves in the US Armed Forces and has served in Iraq. Al's critical problem solving skills help in servicing all of EIC's equipment issues. In his spare time Al enjoys spending time with his son.

Kenny (Lot Superintendent) EIC Employee since 2004. As lot foreman Kenny supervises the staging of jobs and oversees our recycling operation. Kenny enjoys relaxing with his family and listening to music in his spare time.

Sean (Recycling Crew) EIC Employee since 2008. Sean works with Dwayne and Johnny on EIC's recycling crew and helps maintain an organized and well kept inventory. In his spare time Sean enjoys spending time with friends.

Estimators:

Aric (Information Technologies / Quad Cities / Illinois) - (563) 386-7663...EIC Employee since 2005. Aric is a tech wiz...he is EIC's IT professional and EIC's Quad Cities Estimator specializing in Commercial Projects. In his spare time Aric enjoys relaxing with family and mixing music as a DJ.

Zak (Des Moines) - (515) 276-7663...EIC Employee since 2007. Zak is our head estimator in the Des Moines market. In his spare time Zak enjoys hanging out with friends and family, fishing, and watching the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Brian (Cedar Rapids / Iowa City) - (319) 533-5813...EIC Employee since 2008. Brian has also been a middle school teacher and coach for the last 12 years. He has a bachelors degree in Education and a Masters in Science. In his spare time Brian likes coaching his son and daughter's sports teams as well as hunting and fishing.

Doug B. (Waterloo / CF) - (319) 232-3353...EIC Employee since 2007. Doug enjoys relaxing and socializing with friends during his spare time.

Dan (Sales Manager) - (319) 373-5549...EIC Employee since 2008. Dan is EIC's head of sales. Dan enjoys coaching his nieces and nephews sports teams and socializing with friends in his spare time.

Drivers:

Josh (CDL)...EIC Employee since 2009. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and working on his property during his spare time.

Steve (CDL)...EIC Employee since 2009. In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Technical Department / Repairs

Chad (Head of Technical/Scheduling/Customer Relations)...EIC Employee since 2004. Chad has extensive knowledge in all areas of construction with an emphasis in steep and flat slope roofing but has vast understanding of siding, gutters, carpentry, and sheet metal.
